Fibre and yarn: source Tencel lyocell, FSC-certified viscose, traceable linen and GOTS-certified cotton, blending with GRS-certified polyester when necessary. For a stretch, opt for recycled and bio-based elastane.
Colour and finish: work with indigo tones, from light to dark, and tie-dye effects. Ensure finishes have a silky shine
Construction and weight: airy, breathable constructions come in knitted jersey, woven twills and leno structures for a mesh effect.

Nostalgic Classics

Embody the nostalgic element of denim, updating looks from the ’60s to ‘80s with new innovations.

Fibre and yarn: source GRS-certified and GOTS-certified cotton, traceable linen and hemp, blending with FSC-certified viscose for a soft touch
Colour and finish: use low-impact dye processes that reduce water and chemical usage while achieving the required colour.
Construction and weight: explore classic 3/1 and 2/1 twills and broken twills, opting for selvedge for elevated styles. Weights range from 11-14oz

High Contrasts

Industrial-inspired, smokey, moody greys and blacks continue from last season with hi-lo contrasts.

Fibre and yarn: traceable linen and GOTS-certified cotton
Colour and finish: create extreme contrasts with painting, low-impact washing, overdyeing, pigment sprays and laser techniques.
Construction and weight: keep constructions simple with denim twills, in weights from 10-13oz
