Textured plains
Continuing from last season, timeless neutrals will keep a laundered finish for a relaxed, versatile look.

Fibre and yarn: look for GOTS-certified and recycled cotton, blending with paper, traceable linen and hemp. Allow slubs and natural characteristics to come through.
Colour and finish: keep colours to undyed ecrus, earthy tones and hints of blue with recycled denim to reduce the number of chemicals used. Provide texture through washed and laundered looks.
Construction and weight: select a simple plain weave and twill constructions, keeping weights between 5-11oz.
Stretch comfort
Use engineered constructions, fibre and jersey inserts for ease of movement.

Fibre and yarn: source certified cotton, blending with Tencel, GRS-certified polyester, T400 Lycra and recycled elastane.
Colour and finish: focus on construction, with colours ranging from white and black to indigo blues. Play with #Spliced techniques for newness, using deadstock low-stretch denim.
Construction and weight: explore woven and knitted constructions, creating stretch to aid movement and comfort. Weights range from 8-12oz.
Distressed textures
Inviting surface interest provides 3D effects, sensory appeal and individual, artisanal, crafted designs.

Fibre and yarn: choose regenerative, recycled and GOTS-certified cotton and deadstock fabrics.
Colour and finish: explore #Spliced and #Patchwork methods and laser techniques to fray, rip and remove colour.
Construction and weight: use jacquards to create distressed patterns and consider techniques on twills. Weights range from 6-12oz.
